On WEDNESDAY APRIL 24, 2019 in Honolulu Hawaii join us for an exciting conference to enhance your understanding of patients’ health and elevate your nursing practice:

The conference is designed for NP’s, RN’s, LPN’s, Pharmacists and other allied health professionals with an interest in developing heightened competency around the impact of culture on patient care and outcomes.
$150 includes 8 contact hours to satisfy requirements mandated by The State of Hawaii Board of Nursing, breakfast, lunch, and all materials.
On-site metered parking is available for $1/hour.

Goals and Objectives
On successful completion of this education program, the nurse will demonstrate a heightened competency around the impact of culture on patient care and outcomes. We will review cultural beliefs, the gift and power of language, and the art of understanding. Best Practices in communication well be discussed as well the dangers of even the best-intentioned assumptions.
