All our Best: Primary, Secondary, & Tertiary Intervention

January 24 & 25 (HST)

The primary prevention approach focuses on preventing disease before it develops; secondary prevention attempts to detect a disease early and intervene early; and tertiary prevention is directed at managing established disease in someone and avoiding further complications. We will apply this paradigm across prevalent problems and conditions currently facing people in Hawaii and beyond. See more details.
